Ingredients:
Pizza Stone
Pizza Peel
Pizza Dough(raw and uncooked, whichever kind you like)
Corn Meal
Tzatziki Sauce
Olives
Feta Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Falafel
Sun-dried tomatoes
Purple onion
Fresh Basil
Italian Seasoning
Instructions:
set your grate on top of the pan on the very bottom, it will act as a lower rack. Put your pizza stone on there and preheat the stone for 10 minutes.
Roll your pizza dough out on some corn meal into a square shape, and coat generously with more corn meal. put your base layer down of Tzatziki sauce and next the sun-dried tomatoes. You can then add the rest of your toppings on the pizza however you'd like(try to keep the sun-dried tomatoes on the bottom and covered or else they will burn faster). Use your pizza peel to toss the pizza onto the stone(make sure there is enough corn meal so that it doesn't stick). Once your pizza is in there, cook for 3 minutes or until pizza dough is golden brown around the crust. Remove, rest, cut and serve!
