Salmon Tacos

Cook Time: 6 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

Atlantic Caught Salmon

Cole Slaw

Street Corn

Avocado

Cilantro

Lime

Mango Pico De Galo

 

Instructions:

First, prep your Cole saw, street corn, and slice your avocado.

Season the salmon with your choice of seasoning and lightly with olive oil. Place the salmon on the Samson(preferably on cast iron) with the tray being about half way up to the burner. Cook 3 minutes a side(with skin removed). Once you remove the salmon you can start tossing on your tortillas and heating those up inside the Samson. Assemble your tacos and top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze on lime.
