The Samson Broiler is constructed with quality in mind. Made with 14-gauge stainless steel, Samson is strong, sleek, and sears evenly. The proprietary metallic foam burner is top-mounted, which prevents flare-ups, and the cooking surface is raised or lowered to adjust the cooking temperature.
