Shipping & Returns

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping is free within the contiguous United States and delivery is estimated within 5-7 days after processing. There is a flat $199 shipping fee for all orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, delivery to these states is estimated within 10-14 days after processing.

We offer an expedited 2-Day delivery + processing and handling option for a $299 flat rate within the contiguous U.S. Overnight and rush delivery may be available upon request. Please contact sales@samsonoutdoor.com for information.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

Samson Outdoor does not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Samson Outdoor will only ship to physical addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Taxes and fees are based on individual state law and will be applied to your final invoice.

Damages

Samson Outdoor is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
